Lahore, MCAT Test Result 2011 has been announced yesterday on September 20, 2011. University of Health Sciences Lahore has announced MCAT Result 2011. The MCAT result 2011 is available online at the official website of the university.

Total 33,703 students were participated in the MCAT test 2011 and 12,374 candidates got more than 60 percent marks, 5,581 students got 50 to 59 percent and 5,214 students got 40 to 49 percent marks. While 10,534 candidates got less than 40% marks in the MCAT Test 2011.

First position was got by Maham Ali with 1058 marks while the total marks are 1100. Humera Javed got second position with 1055 marks and third position was taken by Muhammad Salman Ashraf by scoring 1052 marks.

There are only 3,205 MBBS and 216 BDS seats in 18 public-sector medical and dental colleges where the candidates can get admission. There are 1500 MBBS and 350 BDS seats for the students in private sector medical universities and colleges in the Punjab province.

The VC of UHS Lahore said, the application process for the MBBS and BDS admission in public sector universities will be started from October 5, 2011. Last date for the submission of applications is October 15 while first merit list will be displayed on October 30.
